We're working in roanoke from out of town and had a flat on one of our equipment tires. After checking with several tire shops in the area I was referred to McCarthy tire by a gentleman at Mr. Tire. They did a great job getting us back up and running. Quick service. Quality crew. Definitely recommend.

Had an amazing customer service experience here! I highly recommend. I was on a road trip and when to four places before I found them and they replaced both my back tires on my Dodge Ram Promaster van within an hour.

I don’t always write reviews but I would be doing an injustice by not sharing my experience with McCarthy Tire and Service. My stepson lost his brakes on his vehicle late one night. I called McCarthy first thing in the morning and they advised me to have it towed in and they would get to it as quickly as possible. We were heading out of town so we didn’t have much time to deal with things, but Jeff and Randy took excellent care of us. They diagnosed the problem right away and had the vehicle back on the road the next day. There are definitely not many places out there that provide such excellent customer service, so if you are in need of any service they offer, do not hesitate to call them. You won’t be sorry. Thank you again McCarthy Tire and Service, you have a customer for life.

If you need actual work on your car this is not the place to go. We have gone twice and they say they “fixed” the problem then a week later it isn’t fixed and we end up paying double. It’s happened twice. Don’t go to this place you will end up with more problems

A very big THANK YOU to Brian Elliott for helping us out! Every tire shop in town was extremely busy all week, including McCarthy but Brian squeezed us in on a busy Friday afternoon to make sure we had fresh tires for the weekend. Had my car towed there for a motor sensor and they tried to put a used computer in it and called a week and a half later and said can't fix pick it up had it towed back to my house a man came and looked at it and said no oil in it the stick was dry as a bone they showed it to me so we put . oil in it and started and the motor was jumping up and down they unscrewed something I called them and randy was the one who worked on it and told the man on the phone he didn't touch oil or motor that is a lie. Don't let him work on your car. What happen to honest people???

Traveling thru area in our sprinter RV when brakes went. It took multiple attempts to find a service shop and being turned away, before we spoke to Rob who promptly told us to come over and provided us directions. We were met at the door by Rob who said he held a bay open for us. They looked it over, gave us a fair estimate & ordered parts. With the parts delivery being scheduled for the following morning we were set up with a spot in the lot overnight. The next day parts were delivered and the repairs were not as extensive as expected. So they were able to save us on labor and parts. After a test drive with Rob, we were back on the road! Thanks to all the guys there that fixed us up!

First time here for fifth wheel inspection and tire and wheel mounting and balancing. Plenty of room to maneuver the 40' 5er in the parking lot with easy entry and exit.The technicians were helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. I moved from 16" to 17.5" wheels and tires to complete my suspension upgrade. Even though I had purchased them online (new tires, used alloy wheels) to fit my special trailer needs, they were quite accommodating.I am going to have my fifth wheel serviced there for brakes next because of the courteous encounter I had with McCarthy's!

My name is Chris goad and this place was my go to for both my vehicles went for an oil change and I knew my inspection was up and I ask Gerard Mitchell to look at the crack I had on my windshield and if it will pass inspection he comes back tells me yes it will pass as of right now so I made a appointment for the following week and then they rejected it after (with the crack still the same as the week before) I sat and waited 30 minutes I’m a honest person and I can only go by a man’s word and he doesn’t honor his obviously I’ll never forget and I’ll never go back STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!
