Had my ClassA worked on .We have a trip coming up so I called serval times to get an update the said they would have the advisor call me 2 weeks later he finely called back I went to pick it up on Saturday got home with it and tried to slidout the right side it is in the same shape it was when I took it down there tried to call them they said they would have him call me here we go again

We have stopped at this location several times. We have shopped at the store, shopped for Class A motorhome and have stayed over night with our RV. Every.single.time the staff could not have been nicer. When we were shopping for a motor home we had shopped at different competitors near by and Camping World was by far the best experience. They were a wealth of knowledge and treated us with the such integrity that we walked away feeling good about our experience and the knowledge we gained. Thank you Jacob Downer for making sure our needs were taken care. It was very much appreciated.

In July of this year, 2024, purchased a brand new camper from Camping World in Roanoke. Bar none, this was one of the most professional, pleasant, wonderful, and delightful dealership experiences I have ever had. JAKE TOWNSEND was our salesman. You look up "Top Shelf Salesman" in Wikipedia, and you will see a picture of him. He was outstanding throughout the whole experience. He deserves triple commission!

They sent me an email about a used RV sale on a Saturday. None of the campers were unlocked. No one asked us if they could help us. I guess we didn't look like we could afford a motorhome. Looks like we'll be buying one from a dealer in Salem. Don't waste your time at Roanoke Camping World

We needed electrical repair after storm an they sent us across st to pay for part first but TEXT it to us an did not tell us!!! The repair guy was somewhere they said so over an hr in heat an if we had not went to chk we would not have known we had to pay for parts separate place before they touch rig. Stressful day

We were able to locate the rv we were looking for because of the wonderful salesman, Jack Andrews, who listened to our needs. He then showed us the exact rv we wanted. We enjoyed camping in it and will in the future. Highly recommend Camping World!

Customer Service is AWFUL here! We had to hunt down a customer service person 3 times. When we asked for help, 6 people standing around, they said they were "finance group". I had to call into the store and ask for someone to come check us out!! We were looking at furniture with zero help in the area! We will shop elsewhere on that one! Spent over $400 on accessories we needed NOW or we would've definitely seeked a different place to do business!
Poor customer in front of us just bought a camper and the whole time she was saying, "They saw me coming and they screwed me I'm sure!" I smiled and said sorry but I'm sure they did because they are one of the top, over priced dealers in Roanoke area!

I wish we hadn't bought an RV from these people. We've had nothing but issues since we bought it, and we haven't been able to use it once. It's in the shop again as I type this, and it's been over a month. Lesson learned: RUN, don't walk from Camping World. I had never owned an RV before my boyfriend and I bought from CW, and I'd rather just sell the thing at this point.

Getting ready to buy our first camper. Worked with Guy Houseman and it was a pleasure. We are typical newbies trying to get as much information as possible. Guy took his time with no pressure and answered all our questions. He gladly showed us many models and didn't rush us in anyway. We will be back as soon as we can and buy from him and the friendly staff at Camping World in Roanoke, Va.

Great location. Plenty of room to maneuver your RV, drivable and towable units. The staff is very polite and ready to help make your visit as seamless as possible.
