Local business that will help provide information on games and their devices. They even do repairs. Also, if you're a Croc shoe enthusiast, then they have a load of cute Croc inserts to look through.

Did a combination trade in purchase on a WiiU. Very friendly staff, good deal on the trade in, excellent price on the game console. Saved almost $100 over purchasing online.

Wasn't sure what I was going to buy for my ps3 system and was shown a controller that is a huge upgrade to my ps3. The 2 guys that work there were very helpful and were very detailed in there description of the controller. I was very happy with my experience and look forward to going back.

I've been shopping at the various game junkies locations for years. Hundreds of dollars spent. But today solidified why im not going to shop there anymore. I found a game that I've been looking to add to my collection for years there. In the process of asking if they could knock $5 off (it was $35) they found out It was selling for more online. So they refused the sale to me. Now normally Id write it off as "this is how business works" but I got hit with some bogus lie that it wasnt ringing up in their system as $35 anymore, but provided no proof. To add to the unprofessionalism there was a customer there before us looking to sell something to them and he asked for $80 they offered $60. So the customer called him greedy took his stuff and left. Then the Clerk berated that customer to us for about 10 minutes. Told us that he had storage units full of stuff to sell and that he was not bothered. I sided with the cashier until I too got hit with that pendulum of greed. This on top of having them "repair" one of my consoles that was returned to me in worse less functioning condition than when I brought it in and again did nothing to make it right. Fool me once am I right... Its very clear that all they care about is making a buck instead of keeping positive repport with customers or helping fellow gamers. Very sad.

I used to love this store when it first opened. I loved the rewards program and how they used to be cheaper than GameStop so I didn't have to give a corporate business my business. Sadly as of the last couple of years their used prices are way higher than GameStops ...or anywhere online... At least 20-30 higher than other options and their person behind the counter has no knowledge of games whatsoever. Sadly I'll have to say gamestop at valley view is a better choice than this locally owned company that charges more and gives you less than GameStop...it was good while it lasted

Neighborhood is a bit sketchy but the girl at the counter was very friendly and earnest. The selection was not bad but I ended up having to pass on any purchases when I saw the prices. A PS1 console was 90+ and a copy of grandia was 140. That's more than double the average cost of a copy, CIB. It was a neat shop to browse, but I wish it was affordable.
It was also strange that while walking on the sidewalk, an automated voice warned me I was on camera. I hope they stay safe and secure.
Edit: What a weirdly aggressive response from the shop for a relatively positive review. Also, if anyone would like, I do have the eBay sales reports. Looking at listings is not accurate. Anyone can put any price. You need to look at what is selling. My example of Grandia, only sells at 140+ when new. It was not a sealed copy I used to compare in my review.
