I called from Pasadena California, answered some questions and my Eastern King arrived in the mail. I called yesterday and bought 2 full size mattresses for my children. is my second time buying from Lee and he is super laid back. Simply awesome. My sleep is amazing. Getting in my bed is the best thing I do every.”

“Amanda was awesome! My husband and I came into Mattress Firm very undecided about which mattress we should get. Both of us have back pain and wanted to upgrade our sleep experience. Amanda is so knowledgeable and patient. She wasn’t pushy and didn’t talk to us with a cheesy sales pitch. Her sales style was more consultative. We ended up buying an adjustable base in addition to an extra firm mattress. We spent twice as much as originally planned because we realized from our discussion with Amanda that our sleep can be improved by adding an adjustable base. Our new bed will arrive in a couple of days and we couldn’t be more excited.”

“Beautiful! Located on the first floor of the renovated Firehouse #1 building - this furniture and home decor store is amazing. Loved the style and saw multiple items I want to add to my home. Gorgeous lamps, couches, dining chairs and relaxed seating. This stuff is handmade in Roanoke and can be ordered and personalized and customized in their design center in the store. Check out their site. I loved almost everything I saw. Def going to be buying some new furniture from here soon. They have pillows, lamps, blankets, decor items, and furniture.”

High quality, durable, excellent furniture that will last long enough to pass it to your kids. They work with you, and for you, to ensure you are happy with your purchase. We needed a bed and frame, however during the pandemic it was generally difficult to get a firm delivery date. With my brother coming for a visit, they loaned me a bed and frame for the needed time, then picked up the loaner when the bed we had ordered arrived. They will definitely get my future business.”

“I've been buying furniture (multiple sofas & chairs, love seats, 2 grandfather clocks, and more) from Better Sofas since they were located on Brambleton Avenue, doing business as Mostly Sofas, nearly 30 years ago. They have the best selection of quality sofas and every other type of furniture in the area (and that includes Green Front in Farmville), but even more importantly, Better Sofas treats customers with the utmost respect and concern for complete satisfaction. Owners Jeff and Colby Rorer are in a class of their own when it comes to integrity. Recently, I purchased some furniture that was made to order according to my selections, but the manufacturer's finish varied from the color I had chosen. Colby assured me he would solve the problem to ensure I was happy with the outcome, and he certainly did. I sincerely believe that no other furniture store- either locally or nationally- would have taken the extraordinary steps Colby did to completely resolve my concerns. I cannot endorse Better Sofas and their business practices highly enough. They've ensured that I'm a customer for life.”

“Delivered here last week or so, was sure I left a review but it’s not showing, so I guess not. They go by appointment but will work you in early if possible. Very limited parking overnight. I parked next to the rails towards the back. Had a 1pm delivery. Checked in at 0700, got a door before 0800, empty before 0900. Thank you.”

“The Starbucks crew was amazing. I was searching for a new sugar free option being they discontinued the sugar free cinnamon syrup. All that's left is the vanilla. With that being said, I wanted to try out some hacks found online and they were very happy to oblige and let me try out some suggestions. The first was a disaster but they made me something else that was much better. I left satisfied and with an idea of what to order the next time. I appreciate their patience and help. I actually went in for a cable and the electronics department employees were very helpful and friendly. They were helping out a group of seniors get familiar with their new phones and it was such a nice surprise to see how patient and helpful they were. The only criticism I had is the crazy one way in and out the parking lot. It was my first time here so I had to drive around circles to get out. I also learned that the online prices are better than in the store and they price match. Thumbs up!”
