Erin was friendly and very helpful. She checked with the other stores to find the earrings I was looking for. She even cleaned all the jewelry I was wearing. I would highly recommend Finks.

I made an appointment with the jeweler to help redesign a bracelet that I had tried many times to make wearable!! In 5 min. he had the perfect plan and the bracelet is perfect now!!!

I’d recommend Kene at Finks a thousand times over to anyone I can! We couldn’t have had a better experience with him as we picked out an engagement ring. He was patient, enthusiastic, and creative throughout the whole process—ultimately hand selecting diamonds for us from across Finks locations to create the perfect ring. And he was so personable, communicative, and fun while doing it! We can’t wait to go back to choose our wedding rings with him. Thank you, Kene!

Had ringappraised. Did an excellent job. Had two rings sized, however they sized one wrong and had to redo it. When I went back to get them, they gave me a discount on sizing since I had to make an extra trip. Great environment and very pleasant employees. Will definitely return!

It’s a shame you spend 30k on a Diamond ring and you get treated poorly after 1 hour drive to get it cleaned and checked.
