Update - photos of my last delivery from them on 8/28 have been attached. No words needed. Fabric was out of the plastic, packing slip missing, fabric exposed to elements and more.
Update - yet another package has not been delivered by the same contractor again. Another complaint filed, this time the problem is being escalated. This is avreal problem! Wish I could give a negative star! Service used to be good, not now or in the past year.
The contractor "Parker" (?) has a problem with drivers not delivering to my address. They falsified a door tag as none was left for me (probably scanned in driver truck) coded me out and said the business was closed on a Saturday evening. The problem is, I am a residence. This is consistently happening with my deliveries from this contractor on Blue Hills Drive. Customer service and lousy, dishonest drivers are this contractor's strengths. Timely delivery is definitely not. I wish I could get another service but that is not always an option.

FedEx Roanoke - How do you "lose" a 70lb, 3'x3' package containing a lawn mower that was scanned into your facility? I hope whoever got my new mower has a nicely manicured lawn...mine is a foot high. Facility told me that I'd need to call the vendor to request a replacement shipment. Evidently the vendor should have used UPS. What a joke!

Great service with FedEx. They are prompt in delivering your mail / packages, plus giving you notifications when your mail arrives.

I've been receiving deliveries handled by Fed Ex for about a year. For some mysterious reason, it takes between 3 and 5 days to be delivered from our local distribution center.
Every time, there's some "delivery exception", and promised the next day, to be given another "delivery exception".
There is no reason these delays should happen. What I've been able to discern is no driver has tried to deliver on the exception days, even though they say they tried. We have video cameras in the building, and oddly, poof! NO DRIVER!
I'm furious and frustrated.
Calling the 800 call center leads me nowhere, I'm at a loss for how to resolve this problem.
Fed Ex, if you're hiring morons or dishonest people to handle people's property, you have a big problem.
Please, get though to your Roanoke, VA distribution center, and fix this!

Went a couple weeks ago to pick up some packages and the facility was really secure had to get buzzed or swiped in it was taking awhile but a couple guys who where standing outside Nick and Chris helped me get in and directed me where to go they even offered to help carry whatever I had when I came back out. Secretary was super nice and sweet, easy process in and out. Would ship again

Ive never waiting on my package for almost a week now. Ive told the driver i had very important documents in it and i needed it Asap. He said i will have one first thing tomorrow morning then tomorrow morning would come then he said ill have it by the end of the day. Still not here. Then days later shes still not bot here. Then the drive asked me to pay $40 with (STEAM CARD) so he can take on overtime. Them swore it would be here this morning. Come to find out Hes SCAM!!!
