Drivers are apparently incapable of locating a literal door in a chain link fence or unwilling to carry an envelope 30 feet. Every other carrier has no problems. I have to explicitly exclude FedEx when I purchase items or just not purchase from vendors that use FedEx.

I do not order a lot of packages to my house. However, when I order something off Amazon or packages come from USPS, they seem to take the second to place the package behind the railing and bush on my front porch so it is hidden from the sidewalk and street. It is almost comical where the package was placed from FedEx. It could not have been placed any better for someone to steal. In the middle of the steps, at the front of the steps closest to the sidewalk and street. It might as well as had a sign that said "Please steal me". I laughed out loud the first package I got from them, the second package obviously was stolen......

We were expecting a package containing time sensitive materials, it had been in FedEx delivery's possession since Saturday 6 April. For whatever reason the delivery was changed from Monday the 8th to Tuesday the 9th. We stayed home as the package required a signature. Well the driver decided to not deliver the package, instead he lied about no one being available to sign for the package. We have security cameras that for one would have seen him if he came anywhere near our home, which they did not. And 2 there were no notices of an attempt being made at any of the surrounding homes in our area. We checked those because apparently with FedEx close enough is good enough. We contacted FedEx and have been told that the driver will be back today by 5:00, so we will see if that happens.

They are the best! When I moved I had forgotten to update my address! But they called my phone number to tell me they were having a hard time finding me; they offered to bring it to me but I need that were busy doing Christmas ? ?? so I just went to the main place on blue hills drive and there were mad cool and nice I would definitely recommend fed Ex to anyone ??

They don’t even bother to walk up the steps and deliver my packages to my apartment door, but when they do, they frisbee throw every package.

Got a call from this location saying that the driver couldn’t find the address. I gave directions. Got another call saying the driver still couldn’t find it and the package would be held here. Drove an hour to find out that unless I have a tracking number, there is no way to find the package that is allegedly being held here. Not even with my name or address. I got a very unhelpful “this isn’t my problem” shrug when I asked at the counter what else could be done to find this mystery package.This is a three times over fail, FedEx. First, your driver can’t follow either GPS directions or verbal directions. Second, the person calling couldn’t be bothered to give the full, correct information. Third, the person working at the counter didn’t even pretend to want to help.
