I was frustrated to get there and find out that nobody would be able to help me send the important paperwork that I needed to because everything needed to be pre-labeled and pre-packaged. I had the label with me but they were only able to tell me that they could do nothing to help if it was not already pre-packaged. The cashier was not personable and borderline rude in her brevity and lack of eye contact.

The automated answering machine is impossible to get through to a real person when you don't have a questions that it is programed to asked about.

Waited in line for 10 minutes to do the printer less return with the QRV code while multiple workers tried to remember how to login to the FedEx account. After waiting, I was then told that they could not tape up my boxes even though it states on the QRV code that fedex will print your label, seal hour package & send it off.
