My kids school is best around here.Playground: Fallon Park is big with two kids playgrounds a school a baseball field and basketball court and walking trails.

Our visit to the park was for the keystone 5k. The race was through the park, onto the greenway, then back. My kiddo enjoyed playing on the playground and soccer field while we waited and the shelter was spacious which was great for our event.

About Fallon Park
GENERAL PARK HOURS DIFFER FROM POOL HOURS. Park grounds are open to the public from 6:00 AM - 11:00 PM every day. One of Roanoke’s largest parks, Fallon Park is home to one of the city’s two outdoor pools and the region’s only all-season Cyclocross course. The Tinker Creek Greenway extends through Fallon Park, making it easily accessible by bike or on foot. Roanoke Parks and Recreation hosts several recreational programs at Fallon Park each year, including swimming lessons and the cyclocross events.
