Your employees constantly bad mouth certain insurance companies then your marketing rep comes in asking for us to send you business. You may want to communicate to them to stop telling customers that you won't accept their insurance.
*Your response tells customers all they need to know about your service and I will sure to tell him myself not to grace us with his presence, no worries.*

I came to them with a unique problem and a challenging repair to fix the fiberglass and hinge mounts on an older Jeep hardtop. Cason was great, took the time to look at the problem, brought out a specialist to take a look and brainstorm solutions together. The fix was not straightforward and would involve some improvising and custom work to get my rear glass hatch functional again.
I was quoted fairly based on their assessment of the proposed solution and came back a few months later to get the work done. They absolutely knocked it out of the park and exceeded my expectations. The repair looks amazing, super professional, clean and most importantly, my back glass hatch is once again functional. The repair came in just under the quoted amount (unexpected and a very welcome surprise). They even put some shine on my tires! I got a thank you card from them a week later for choosing to give them my business...Nobody does this level of customer service anymore. Very happy customer, thank you for fixing my Jeep!

I have two cars repaired by Euro and their work is exellent. The paint on my cars is equal to or better than factory. The work was completed in a timely manner and I am very pleased with the work. Joe handled my estimate and kept me posted.I find Joe to be a good man . I would recommend Euro to anyone wanting first class work.
