Had two separate home deliveries completed by Estes. Drivers called in advance. Crates were undamaged. Boxes were not dented. Drivers were nothing short of outstanding! Items placed perfectly in staging area. Had me examing crates/boxes before having me sign. This is true professionalism.

I was called to schedule a delivery of a vanity I ordered from Lowe’s, I told the lady that called making the delivery appointment that I would need to be called when he was on the way because I was going to be at work and the shipment required a signature. She said OK no problem. Well I get home the next day and the delivery was not only made without my knowledge but the driver dropped it off at the freaking basement door… I am not joking. Who drops off a large shipment at the basement walk out of a house? If someone is trying to play a sick joke on me please let me know at this point all I can do is laugh.

The Estes Staff always is there to help with any problems that I have with a shipment or billing. I can not remember the last time I had any damage with a Estes shipment.

Good luck getting through to corporate when you find out they have charged you 3 dollars a pound. I have shipped 7 times this much weight, just as far, for half of the cost with other freight companies. Been on hold for 20 minutes yesterday and today. Finally gave up.
