The folks were kind and caring and very helpful. I am very thankful for those who took care of our dog. Their willingness to help even though it turned out not to be as serious as we first thought. They put the pets first and we are so grateful.

Staff was courteous and friendly. I felt the whole time that while Spector was being seen that he was in good hands. I was thoroughly informed about everything they were going to do, or may have to do for my dog.

Esteemed doctors chose to euthanize a kitten even though we were willing to adopt. Stay away.

Short story my dog got hit by a car. These incompetent Vets took Xrays misdiagnosed broken bone. "nothing wrong with dog just minor scrapes and bruises " Dog got worse took dog back- "Hey your dogs leg is broke really bad and needs $5000 surgery now"
I was infuriated. They would not remove the 1st xray charge and would not admit to any type of mistake.
Ended up costing me $1000s of dollars more because they could not read a G.D X RAY
I have paper work and x rays and info if your interested email me.

I'd never recommend this place to anyone. If they have turned you and your pet away consider it be a blessing. I hate rating them one star.
-inconsistencies abound.... no test results and getting informed about anything is like pulling teeth.
-they discuss payment and money more so than the animal involved.
-staff was condescending and berated me for researching stuff on the internet/inquiring questions
-threatened me with animal control when I tried pulling my animal out of their office(yes I had a witness)
-would not give me an actual medication list, why does their estimates say miscellaneous medications?
-wouldn't answer the phone or call me back several times.
-why does asking questions offend them and their staff?
-miscommunication all over the place, why can't your staff be on the same page?
-When I requested certain levels for tests, I got excuses and was told they didn't test but on entry and discharge, but yet everyday they kept saying his potassium and electrolyte levels were high...if you're not testing regularly, how do you know?
-why not examine him in front of me? Other vets have done it
-the test results they did give me was outdated before several days of supposed treatment... why not give me updated information?
And the staff didn't tell you their names or who they are,why is that?
Their attitude changed swiftly when I refused to pay the final estimate to recatherize my cat.
Also I had paid $165 out of pocket( originally for them to monitor him without the catheter)why not provide care up until that point knowing I had an appointment with an outside vet the next day?
They kept me in their office unnecessarily for 3 hours while I was trying to leave. They kept giving me excuses for his discharge and kept telling me I was irresponsible as his owner. If I am not happy with their services I am allowed to leave,at one point I considered running out of the building after they refused to let me leave several times. If my cat's health was "so important",time should have been of the essence. I could've been treating his discomfort at home.
Why threaten your customers, what outcome do you expect from that? Why call them irresponsible and say they're bad people for questioning your staff and establishment?
I couldn't get the information I needed for my animal but they made damn well sure I got the papers for the charges and the almost 7 pages of itemized listings.
I now realize the signs about irrate customers are there for a reason, if you don't want to upset people, don't do them wrong.
We care about our animals and with my experience it's obvious your business and staff do not.
If you use them, have a witness...get as much paperwork as possible
But with the reviews I'd seen and hearing things by word of mouth, it's not worth the risk
But better yet...use VA Tech or anyone else if you value your pet's life.
I now question any establishment affiliated to them.
They got their $2200 and that'll be the last dime from me they'll see.
My cat was transferred here on the night of October 9th and was hospitalized with a catheter for a supposed blockage until the night of the 13th.
