I worked in this place, they have no courage to tell you face to face any type of issues that they might have with you. If you ask why? For anything you get the childish responses of "because" people in leadership dont even know why. The environment is very nepotistic in nature so if you aren't in the clique then they will find anything and everything to throw at you. I believe the Japanese support there are good workers who know what they are doing after all they are trained for a whole year, unlike here where your trained for a month and they expect for you to know what your doing. Also half of the leadership doesn't understand how to effectively carry out a plan to increase production, all they can do is continue coming around telling you to push and push X part, sometimes you can't because the machines don't wanna function. When I started I submitted information multiple times and request on how to make thing more effective and that machines needed to be fixed and maintained at least once a week that would help to catch up production. I was told to cease my actions, the people who are responsible for the products made have low standards of production and quality always lying to customers. Production is behind by months because machines are hardly worked on or working, I was terminated for asking why do I have to put my hair up if I'm not even working any type of machine or in any hazardous work environment where my hair could get in the way or cause injury. Dont work here unless your willing to do a job halfway and have no standards. If your coming for the check and don't care if the parts produced here end up in your car go for it. I made friction disks that go in transmissions ranging from Ford all the way to BMW vehicles. Since I'm not employed here anymore I will show the secrets they try hiding so much.

Never had any complaints about this company, because I came here to work for this company and not try to act like I own the company. I try to follow the rules and regulations, do my hours and hopefully be successful to make it through another day, month, and year with DYNAX.

Better pay then you would expect. But it's to easy to get by their drug testing. There is several people working there now on drugs, And that makes for an unsafe environment.
