Jim Thomas went above and beyond to accommodate me with my purchase of the Volvo S90. I live in South Carolina so I had to make arrangements. Jim Thomas was patient professional and never pressured me or sold the car prior to me making arrangements for the purchase or pickup. Once I arrived at the dealership Parks Acura everything was in order from test drive, explanation of the cars features, signing documents etc.
Jim did his homework and informed me of features not known.
Mr Thomas s very personable.

I had my first routine service appointment last week. The service was on time, explained well and affordable. The waiting area was nice and very comfortable. Jordan was polite and thorough. I look forward to using the service department in the future!

Loved this dealership and their service department when it was Duncan Acura. Parks Acura bought Duncan and the people who made Duncan a great dealership are no longer there and it is abundantly clear.
Save yourself a lot of frustration and pain and find another Acura dealership. The recall repair of our daughter’s 2016 TLX was botched from the start. They had the car for four months, finally got an engine to replace the one that had been recalled, allegedly repaired it. We picked up the vehicle on May 29, 2024. As of July 17, 2024 the vehicle will not start and can’t be put in neutral to get it on a roll back.
We have notified Acura Corporate to demand this be rectified. As we await hearing from corporate (pointless to contact Parks), our attorney will be filing suit this week against the dealership and Acura.

Jim Thomas was a great help in our search for a used car. Although the car we had come to see had just been sold, he patiently and persistently looked for a used car for us. He was very personable, informative and never pressured us in any way. We so appreciate his help. He is a great asset to Parks Acura!

Scheduled my v6 engine recall at this dealership. The service advisors were very nice but took a couple calls for someone to pick up to schedule. With the recall they did a full inspection of my car and found one broken part which I decided to fix on my own but provided pictures and explained everything in simple terms anyone could understand. The inside seemed nice and plenty of cars on the lot to look at.

We don't trade cars very often, but Jim Thomas was fabulous to work with. Very accomodating and knowledgeable about the car. Low pressure approach. Overall a great experience. I had a few questions afterwards and Jim was quick to respond even after "closing the sale". I would definitely recommend Jim and Parks Acura.

Great dealership! Non-commission based sales team. Jim provided excellent customer service, and got me the car that I wanted with no run around or b.s. Everyone else at the dealership also made the experience quick and painless. 10/10 would do it again. As a matter of fact my wife already has and Jim helped her get a new MDX!

I recently purchased a 2016 Acura ILX from Parks. I hadn't considered an Acura as my next car but my partner persuaded me to look at this car during my recent search. I'm glad I did.
Working with Jim Thomas was outstanding. He defies every stereotype of a car salesman. Personable, funny, knowledgeable. I did not feel like "just another sale". I felt like a very valued customer. I left with a beautiful car and the knowledge that Jim and Parks are going to continue to be there for me as an Acura owner.
I hope to drive my Acura for a long time, bit when the time comes for something new, Parks has likely earned themselves a repeat customer.

We've been looking for a car for a few weeks and I really wanted an Acura RDX. We went in around the first of April and test drove one to make sure it was what I wanted. Went back this past weekend just to ask a few questions about a used one that was on the lot and ended up buying a new one. The whole process was seamless and I couldn't of been happier on the treatment that we received. They took us step by step thru it all and worked with us on where we wanted to be. Even though we were dealing with a different sales person then who took us on a test drive a few weeks ago, Dustin came over and spoke to us and went thru options that would work for us. He honestly did not have to do that but he did and it helped with making me comfortable about things.
The new general manager Bob came and spoke to us a couple of times about things and spent time with us to make sure things were going good. Not too many GMs walk around and make sure things are running smoothly.
Thanks to Bob, Tyler Wilson, Dustin Davis, and Rick Witt for working with us and putting me in my dream car. I will definitely be back and will tell everyone I know about the treatment I received.
