Since Corporate doesn't want to asnwer their phones, Justin can't hold his District Manager accountable, and the DM Tabitha can not seem to be bothered to do their jobs, I'll let the whole Roanoke Valley know how disappointed I am in this joke of a company.
The district manager messes with time clocks - I have proof and attempted to contact corporate. They don't answer their phones.
The new Store Manager has committed Child Labor Law Violations by having his underaged son working full time of the weekends.
The only check out that works in the building is the self check out, and corporate doesn't seem to care about the building looking like trash or no employees being available to help vustomers. I will NEVER support or reccomend Dollar General to ANYONE.

Worst experience at any dollar General I’ve ever visited. Clerk was rude to myself and two other people. She appeared to be pregnant but that’s no excuse for the way she spoke to the three of us. This store needs to be closed.

The stores was a mess and staff were extremely unprofessional and rude. New management is needed. I will not return to this location. I suggest you avoid this store unless you enjoy being treated rudely and receiving subpar customer service.

It's a lovely little store, but the past 3 times I've tried to go there's been a sign saying it's closed. Even within the posted hours.

This Store should be permanently closed. They are never opened . Every time I try and stop by they are always closed. . The staff including the Manager is very rude and disrespectful. If I had my way they don’t even deserve a 1 star review.

I use to like going here. Now it's almost a joke to see if any in my area will be open. I feel bad for the employees that work there. It always seem like they are severely understaffed. This company needs to do better & take care of the employees they are lucky enough to have.

Good luck on it even being open! One of the “ladies” that “work” there has the absolute worst attitude!!! She sighs when customers come through the door, like girl….you work 3 hours a day, how hard can it be? If you hate your job and hate customers… find a new profession!

Have stopped at this store 3 time. Store was a mess the first time and couldn’t shop with a the mess in the way. Was closed during normal business hours the other 2 times
