I was dropping off my mother's clothes just now and they said they couldn't take but 3 bags. I had 5. And she had expensive brand names. I thought this store was to help with cancer stuff? No matter how many things they have they should still take anything anyone donated. I'm very disappointed. My mother's wishes were for us to donate to them to help others. She passed from breast cancer in Oct. It was already emotional for me to do this. And now they turned us away. Very disappointed.

Probably my favorite second hand store in Roanoke, the ladies who run it are lovely, they always have a selection of fine items, and it goes to a good cause

Ladies there where lovely. Tried on a blue dress and they were all complementing me. If it wasn't for them I probably wouldn't have chosen it.

I drove over 40 miles to make a donation. And I am glad I did because, hopefully, the money raised will help find a cure. However, the volunteer/staff there was the most unfriendly person I have ever encountered. She is not helping the cause with her very unwelcoming personality.

I went today to donate high end clothes after our mom passed, same as we did after our sister passed from cancer. As I was bringing the clothes in the designated area the woman suddenly stopped me and said they can’t accept more than 25 pieces. ( when I called yesterday there was no mention of that) since there were approximately 30 hangers she said, rather curt in tone “ we only take things that are IN fashion”. In fashion to whom? I wasn’t aware cashmere sets weren’t in fa

Really nice store but on the pricey side. They have lovely, high end items and clothing, but definitely not at thrift store prices (a Lula Roe dress for $29 seems a bit steep for me). I would compare this to a gift boutique - designer decor items, and it is very pleasant and clean. If you're a frequent thrift store shopper like me, be prepared for sticker shock!

Love this store. Beautifully arranged, feels like a boutique instead of a thift store. The ladies that work there are super sweet, and a joy to talk to.

Shop frequently, clean, well presented merchandise, fairly priced, very friendly volunteer staff. Will shop again, even found a really neat 'one of a kind walking stick', never know what you will find. Have already started holiday shopping. They accept 'tax deductible' donations to further cancer research.
