“Today was a returns trip only. We appreciated the opportunity to return Amazon online purchases, as well as Kohl's online purchases in one location. The return desk is in front of the store and the Kohl's associate Michelle was very helpful.”

“Good club retail where you can find most of your favorite brands at bulk discount prices verses Walmart. Usually very busy and hard to check out in the lines. Scan and go on the Sam’s Club App is a faster method and lets you check out and leave faster. Cafe is now only order through app which is convenient but difficult if you are relying on a phone device. Good location. Parking can be hard to get a close spot though. Overall a good experience.”

“We used to live in Roanoke and this was one of the stores we enjoyed going to and the any bargains you can find. We moved back to PA, and this was our first trip back after several years. Our first stop was Hamricks and it was great to see the deals and merchandise we had enjoyed when we lived here. Wish you had stores further north.”

She was very knowledgeable and passionate about her job. I recommend if your in the shoe, purse area to ask for Nadia. Her personality is so warming. “Always clean and organized. Most items are $5 or less. With recent changes some items are above $5. Everything is clearly marked so there's no confusion or surprise at the register. My kids love spending their chore money here.”
“I always go to the back of the store to check out the misc. stuff. Then up front to where all the cookies are. I love the shortbread cookies, and I got one of those and a big canister of mixed cookies.”
“It's not a bad place to shop. They usually have what I need. One thing is I worked here for about 3 months. It's been about a year since. So many people get rehired after not working there for years. But then I got accused of stealing when I did not. So I got fired (falsely terminated) all because my now ex decided to steal. And they rehire after 6 months of someone being fired but when I move directly across the street they can't rehire me.”

“Visited Walmart pharmacy for prescriptions, I didnt remember the name of the drug so I had to go in and they told me it'd be a 5-minute wait. Awesome service, pharmacy clerk was extremely helpful, very friendly. I was able to pick up everything on my grocery list while my prescription was being filled. Great experience!”

“Items are costing more than one dollar. This is a good place to buy seasonal items like cards, home and sometimes lawn decorations, sometimes candy, games, etc. items for sale in both the seasonal aisles, food and miscellaneous household goods vary. There are sometimes great bargains to be had. The best way to shop here is by making routine visits to sometimes find exactly what you and other times nothing that you want.”

Pros: They have the nicest people working there! Shawn (or Shaun unsure of spelling), Greeted customers quickly, made great conversation while also quickly running the checkout, was super polite and personable. Felt like I was chatting with an old friend. I’m so used to poor customer service that this experience blew me away and was a breath of fresh air. If I ever have a need to visit Family Dollar again when I’m in the area, this will be the one that I go to.”
“The Walmart Supercenter offers a wide variety of products at competitive prices, making it convenient for one-stop shopping. The store is generally well-stocked and clean, which is a plus. However, my experience was somewhat marred by the unhelpful staff. When I asked for assistance in finding the shampoo aisle, the employee I approached seemed uninterested and gave vague directions, which did not help. This lack of customer service was disappointing. Overall, while the store meets basic shopping needs, the staff could benefit from better training in customer assistance.”
“Burlington has some pretty good prices. It is not a very organized store. Sizes are pretty mixed up. I usually quit looking, after a while, because it becomes frustrating. I like the store, but they need to work on organizing, especially the clothing section.”
