I had only chose this location, because it’s confident and close by. But it’s worth to drive further somewhere else for prescriptions. They are always short staffed, claim they don’t receive prescription request. I’ve waited 5 hours and my prescription is small. I get heir to tell me it will be another few hours. Pick another CVS, this one is down terribly run and rude.

Firstly, they can't keep their staff let alone store managers. I think working the last year alone they've went 4-5 store managers!! Mind you I'm not exaggerating in the slightest! Secondly, the pharmacy can't seem to maintain THEIR operating hours because their pharmacist often decides not to go to work! For instance todayi go in too pick up my medication only to be informed that the pharmacy hadn't been opened for the past two days because they didn't have a pharmacist. This is ridiculous.

Guy that works in the front consider his self as a as the manager had an issue with ring us up telling us that he couldn't use our CVS card for any reason because we had a coupon card .one we told him that that we were separating it and that we could use it we never had any problems before he's the only person with an issue with every single time we come.he was telling me to hold on to not be disrespectful. I told him I was not being disrespectful that he was ,he upset my husband, my husband told me not to say anything. Or he might get upset so he ran to try and call the police. This guy should not be a manager at this place. He's very disrespectful and he. He also laughed at us as if he still had an issue this guy could not let go of the situation so we left . Please replace this guy never had any problem until this guy showed up.

Yall need to do better. I shouldn't have to wait 2 weeks to get my medication. I've called several times and yall refuse to pick up the phone. The line for prescription pick up is always wrapped around the building and they always have nasty attitudes ?

If you’re picking up medication, go elsewhere. They take ages to get people through the drive through.

My default CVS is the Towers location. I arrived to pick up my prescription only to find that there was none on hand. I was directed to this CVS. The pharmacist took my call, immediately found my prescription, confirmed she had stock and texted me as soon as it was ready. This was done about 20 minutes before the store lunch time. My deepest gratitude to the entire pharmacy staff for caring the way they did.

By far the worst CVS ever. The pharmacy closes with no warning to customers because they are short on help. They do not answer the phone there, so it's useless trying to call them. Store manager is rude and told me to call in a corporate complaint when I approached her about the pharmacy closing and I was not able to pick up an RX. No empathy, and no customer service. DO NOT USE THIS STORE OR PHARMACY
