I used this pharmacy for years until they stopped taking my military insurance. My daughter had a prescription called in from the hospital, I did not receive a call saying that it was out of stock. I showed up to pick it up & I was told it was out of stock. I asked if it was available at another CVS since it’s needed for a child. Pharmacist from the back of the store “she can call around and find out herself!!”Yeah, won’t be back, ever.

I used to love this location, but it’s really going downhill. I don’t think it’s the fault of the store or the management.It’s just too busy for its own good.I feel like when the 24 hour nature of it went away all of the business that would happen later in the evening or early in the morning now has to be crammed in with the rest of it and then Covid and shortages on medication and every other socioeconomic problem right now shows up in this store.The physical location is so busy, too.If you want your regular prescription, it’s wise to make sure it’s sent in a week before you need it. It’s not reasonable to expect it would be ready the same day unless it’s an urgent or emergent situation.Try another location if you can’t handle chaos.

Went in a grab some of items. As I am not a fan of self checkout I will use it when I only have a couple of things. Attempted to checkout with a gift card. Was prompted that help would come. Stood patiently as I had yet to see an employee the entire time I was in there. No one came and it timed out. Left items at the register and walked out. Upon exiting saw the only employee outside on their phone. Not only did you lose a sell but a customer for life. I will go down the street to Walgreens where I am happily greeted and able to purchase items.

I have had great experiences with CVS pharmacies in the past, and because of that I have been a customer for nearly 20 years. However, this location is the worst of the worst. The pharmacy never answers the phone, does not refill prescriptions on time or without multiple in person visits, and the staff are unhelpful and horribly rude.Perhaps it’s just this location, but clearly the company is not able to control their service or the behavior of their employees, so I have lost faith in the whole brand. Seems like CVS stores have been been going downhill in the last few years anyway.Very disappointing, but I will no longer be a customer at any CVS store because of how bad this location is.

Don’t go to the pharmacy. I guess they are over worked and hate life. I went yesterday waited in drive thru line only to get to window for the rep to tell me they can’t take my good rx coupon .. I would have to come in. I said okay although they have been doing in the past. So i go in the next day ask for RX, the rep retrieves , I tell her I have a coupon. She responded it’s has a coupon on it. I tell her that’s not what I have mine is for $20 less. She gets a whole attitude and say you’ll have to go to drop off window. I go she stops at a different window and I’m waiting for her she yells I’m down here. So I go back to her and say you told me to go to drop , she rolls her eyes and say well I’m here. I’m like well I ain’t doing this this morning and she responds we ain’t. I started to show her my code but then I walked away and found a manager. That was so unprofessional and ridiculous…. I will not give any place my business with nasty reps. So don’t go unless you ready for attitude.

Got my flu and covid shots here. The gentleman was lovely, I honestly did not feel either shot - it was like he gently tapped my shoulder. Was in a private room, very clean and sanitary. Whole thing was done within ten minutes.

The pharmacy never has the prescriptions. They change brands without letting anyone know. They charge the insurance and say prescriptions are ready before they are actually ready. They also never have prescriptions filled in a timely manner. Worst cvs I’ve ever been to

Closes early (at 7 pm) on weekends. We were in line before 7:00 pm. and they shut down the drive thru at 7 pm sharp and denied service to three cars in line. I have a migraine and no medicine now. Thanks CVS for being a horrible pharmacy.

I came here to fill my prescriptions. They was so kind and caring. They help me get my meds filled when the one on Peters Creek Rd just dismissed me and refused to help. They called my Dr and confirmed what was needed. Thanks again for being so helpful and kind. Highly recommend! A++++ CUSTOMER SERVICE

There is only ONE reason that this review has a 5 star rating. That is because of Johnny. I was there last night and there was an issue with one of the self check and I also had a lot of items and self check wasn't really an option. Johnny was the only cashier and there was a VERY long line. He called twice for help. No one responded. A manager walked by, saw the line of customers and a struggling employee and unlocked a room to the right of the checkout area and went in with no offer to assist. I was quite far back in line and saw Johnny smile at every customer, and apologize for their wait. His attitude remained positive and he quick with his work yet patient with the customers. There was a language barrier with one customer and Johnny worked diligently to make sure he understood what was needed so he could complete the request correctly the first time. I know that CVS in our entire area has struggled lately. I went to this particular location hoping it would be better than the one near my home. The only thing better was the quality of this one associate. I don't expect that he will be there much longer if he isn't given more support. In fact, I told him where to find me if he decided he needed a job change. I truly appreciated the service he provided. It's a pity that CVS doesn't seem to feel the same. Thank you, Johnny for the manner in which you did your job and didn't let the frustrations of the job change who you are as a person. Well done!

There is this one Specific Lady I think her name is “ Dee “she is a wonderful help she is very knowledgeable about all the products in the pharmacy and always willing to assist I feel very comfortable shopping here I don’t feel like my color separates me from the rest I feel like a normal customers I don’t know her but someone please tell her keep up the good work management needs to give that girl a raise lol PS she always greets you with a smile ……..
