Tried picking up a prescription for my son, but there was apparently something wrong with it, had but they couldn't tell me what the issue wss... the counter person was very uncooperative and non communicative.

I went to the CVS MinuteClinic to get TB testing done for my college. The nurse working the MinuteClinic was calm, polite, and very gentle when administering the test. I believe her name was Mindy, so thank you so much to her!

Rude, unhelpful, incompetent staff fill the pharmacy. I waited in line for ~30 mins., wanting to buy a behind the counter product. I got to the register, and the cashier rings me up wrong. The supervisor had to help. They charged my card the incorrect total because they accidentally hit the cash button beforehand. They refunded me, but apparently, couldn't sell me the product (they didn't even have what i wanted, but it was close enough) that they had initially rung up... I left empty handed. They shouldn't have made their incompetence my problem. What a waste of time.

Don't go to minute clinic unless you want to die. They knowingly prescribed me a drug that I'm allergic to after I told them my allergies and it being in my profile. It wasn't until after a trip to the er that I found out the drug falls under my allergy. Thanks for the near death experience CVS.

Went in to grab some of items. As I am not a fan of self checkout, I will use it when I only have a couple of things. Attempted to checkout with a gift card. Was prompted that help would come. Stood patiently as I had yet to see an employee the entire time I was in there. No one came and it timed out. Left items at the register and walked out. Upon exiting saw the only employee outside on their phone. Not only did you lose a sell but a customer for life. I will go down the street to Walgreens where I am happily greeted and able to purchase items.

When to pick up my prescription after sitting on the phone for 25 mins before the gentleman in the picture picked and told me my prescription would be ready within 20-30 mins get her they don’t take my insurance and the lady in the picture below slammed window in my face because after 45 mins they yet to still have my prescription ready for me and told me to either come in and wait or circle back around and wait in line again …

This pharmacy never answers the phone, does not refill prescriptions on time or without multiple in person visits, and the staff are unhelpful and horribly rude.
Perhaps it’s just this location, but clearly the company is not able to control their service or the behavior of their employees. It seems like CVSs have been going downhill in the last few years. Very disappointing.
