Usually don’t have to wait long at all picking up prescriptions. Just make sure you get there well before/after their 1:30-2 o’clock lunch break.

My husband needed a needle to take his insulin.. and at the other CVS pharmacy , they will sell him one needle.. and the pharmacist was basically trying to make a profit and wanted him to buy a whole box, so if something had to happen to him.. due to wanting to make money for your location.. terrible pharmacist there ..

These people irritate me to no end. It sometimes takes literally 10-15 minutes for them to answer the phone. Today they just didn't answer at all. I called twice, and stayed on hold over 30 minutes each time. I finally had to go up there to get a prescription refilled, and they told me \\\"We can't do it today. We close at 2 due to staffing issues\\\" There were 4 people working! If they had answered at 10 am when I called the first time, or at 12 noon when I called the second time, I could have had my medicine filled today. It's hit or miss with them being rude, or not too. Today, the lady was very nice. Sometimes you get them on the phone and they literally sound like a robot. I'M DONE! I know they couldn't care less, but I'm switching pharmacies tomorrow(if they open when they say they will) Take your medicine somewhere else.

CVS employee reporting. Google Maps for some reason directs you to 3900 Brambleton, despite there not being a CVS store in the Cave Spring Corners shopping center for decades. If you have followed Google's directions, from the marker proceed back to Electric Rd/state 419, crossing it. On the left is a Speedway convenience store and another Kroger, the CVS store is between them. I hope this helps someone.

The techs at this pharmacy are always nice and helpful no matter how busy it is. I go out of my way to go to this CVS, for this reason. Caitlyn especially always goes the extra mile to help answer questions about insurance and even help figure out the questions you are trying to ask haha. Very nice folks here. Highly recommend.
