Phone service itself is good and the people at this location were nice. The 3 stars is because of crickets hotspot service. Watch them. They're ripping everyone off on their hotspot data usage. Saying you've used all your data, when you really haven't. Trying to get you to purchase more

Was way too busy for one staff member. The prices on glass was about 3 times what it should be. Brightside, salesman was very friendly when he wasn't having to answer the phone or other customers
