Wow. Incredibly impressed by the team here. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.
I was on day 2 of a roadtrip and the splash guard on my car came loose and was dragging. I called them from the road and they said to come in.
Within 10 minutes they gave me a temporary fix - enough for me to finish my road trip. When I asked Tehya how much I owed, she told me it was on the house. Such a kind and helpful team.
Highly recommend!

Fairly minor repair for them but everyone was friendly, kept me updated and completed it in less than 3 days. Car was cleaned inside and out and a few road chips on the car were touched up. You could not get better service! Special kudos to Tehya for her patience in explaining all during pickup.

This was first time ever having to use a collision center. I didn’t know what to expect, but they was truly awesome. I got a text from Tehya or Gabby everyday about updates on my car. It took a little longer because of mishap, but I was immediately notified of it. They did an amazing job on repairing my car after a deer hit it. I would 10/10 recommend them to anyone.

Very friendly and professional staff! Tehya and Gabby texted every day with the status of my car! They took extra care in cleaning the inside and outside of my car once the repaires were completed! I feel like I'm driving a brand new car! I would definitely recommend Craft Collision Center for all of you automotive repair needs!

My experience with Craft Collision was very positive. They were professional yet friendly and understanding. They did quite a bit of work on my car after an accident it was in. Completed it all while I was on vacation, communicated with my insurance company, and left me voicemails every other day to update me on progress. My car has not looked this nice since I bought it! They even detailed the inside for me which wasn’t part of the repair needs. The front office staff Tehya and Gabby were always helpful and knowledgeable along the way. Definitely recommend this repair center and will be using them again as needs arise.

I had a wonderful experience with Craft Collision! From the first phone call to the last, every employee I spoke to or texted was extremely professional, helpful and VERY pleasant to deal with. Those employees were Brooklyn, Tehya, , Jeremy and Gabby. The text updates were very helpful. My car repairs were done so professionally the damage could not be detected.
