Should have included breakfast for the price. My own mistake not verifying, but generally if you have a pool and hot tub, there would definitely be breakfast.There was breakfast available for an additional fee, and not really a modest one.

Great usual Courtyard experience! Even If you are not a seasoned traveler, you will not be disappointed with this hotel! Great, timely, professional service. Although this one peeve is only for Marriott groupies, I was not greeted and thanked for my Lifetime Platinum Status. But that is between Marriott and I. Room was great, the food service was good, too, for hotel prices.I did get my upgrade so my room was fantastic, I personally didn't hear any airport noise. But overall a great experience as usual! Keep up the great job CY!Rooms: Great modern spacious rooms.Food & drinks: I got the chicken quesadilla and it was good even for hotel prices.

I had a really nice stay here, the staff were extremely friendly and attentive. The ONLY person's name I caught was Bill at the restaurant/bar. He was extremely attentive and friendly, so was the woman that was working with him.The greeting staff were also very friendly and attentive.Everything was clean and comfortable, and definitely conveniently located close to the interstate and just minutes from the Roanoke Airport.There is an indoor pool with a Jacuzzi, and a really nice fire pit outside. You can relax around the cozy fire pit with an adult beverage and enjoy the company of friends around the fire.I enjoyed my recent stay here and I highly recommend it!

We frequently visit this hotel for company meetings. We also refer our out-of-town guests here for business travel. Their staff is very accountable and they seem to always be on top of requests and maintenance.We’ve had a particularly great experience with reserving their meeting rooms. The coffee & tea is hot, lots of options for fresh pastries and full course meals provided to the room.Bathrooms are clean and convenient, bar area and lobby are quiet and have plenty of room.Their grounds and landscaping also look amazing! We’ll continue to do business here and also refer to friends. This is an excellent location to stay while in Roanoke, for a very reasonable price.Nearby activities: 6 minute Uber ride from downtown.Food & drinks: Plenty of great options, order a couple days ahead for meeting rooms. Drinks at the bar are cold and plentiful.

We stay here 4-6x year in past as we travel to NJ from SC n reverse last 5 yearsThe folks are very nice and they know us know. Michele n Victoria at rest are so nice to speak to.We were there on the 20 n door would not unlock. They changed our room but last thing we wanted by end of long travel day. On 29 we returned n TV would not work we waited 55 mins called down n they said repair man was at other location n could be another 45 min wait. We changed our room which we were already settled in. Another long travel day. Gal at desk was very accommodated.We had just discussed how we felt place needed some updating. Looked warn. We ll think about our next trip n where to go.i am a Marriott loyal customer and disappointed if we need to support other chain.The LochliMcgrath

Tried the Marriott as the IHG and Comfort inn options did t fir the bill. We were pleasantly surprised and will be back again. Marriott you won us over.

We stopped here for a night on the way to DC. The rooms were a little rundown but clean…the hotel could do with a renovation. That being said, the difference maker for us was the service we received. We checked out in Christmas Day and I believe the Director of Sales was supporting the Front Office area. Her positive attitude spread throughout the hotel, making an impact to everyone around her.
