The CoLab is such a great place to do work! We have used it for solo working, private appointments, staff meetings, and social groups. Several guests have commented on how clean and welcoming the inside is -- the people are great too!Ron has always been helpful and encouraging. He truly strives to support local businesses by making the best use of the space. Pricing is extremely clear and reservation emails are automatic and include all necessary details. It's also great that the doors are locked because it helps create a peaceful and secure environment.I definitely recommend the CoLab :)

Don't listen to the one-star reviews. They mostly come from an obnoxious business that was booted after more than several complaints.Colab is a great place to work, day in and day out. Great wifi, always stocked coffee and tea, good interior. Not a big fan of the open floor plan, but it works: there is still plenty of space.

I used the colab for a month and just cancelled due to hidden fees that weren’t included in the agreement. Please read carefully before signing up and ask all the questions needed.

If you are a small business considering this place....Dont. Has roaches in the basement, incompetent management, will limit your growth when you use the services. I have rented many different shared working spaces and this turned out to be one of the worst. Look into some of the other options on loopnet until this colab is replaced by new management/ownership.Edit: Ronald is the incompetent one. The ownership, i think that means you, is the one that is terrible. You are not open to feedback and I would still advise new business to distance themselves from you.

The website information is inaccurate. This is not a place that hosts entrepreneurs to show up and work. In fact, they keep their front doors locked while people are working inside, and the staff does not answer the phone.

run down. not at all what i expected. impossible to reach anyone. they are still charging even though i have sent emails and tried to call. A racket. do not join.

Got a day pass until my office was set up. Tried to plug in to multiple receptacles and none of them worked in the modular furniture. One group thought they owned the place and was loud and had teams meetings with out head sets. So very distracting to have their meetings going very loudly.

My friend and I are driving to VA Beach area from TN to outrun a snowstorm but needed a place to work for a few hours for some pretty important meetings. Found this place online and was the perfect location so we booked a huddle room the day before so we knew we would have somewhere for our meetings. The reservation email said to wait for a confirmation email with access instructions. Never received anything then FIFTEEN minutes before our reservation time we got an email with instructions that said the reservation (and payment) was confirmed, but oh wait if you want access you need to purchase a day pass.I do not recommend this for anyone who works remotely and may be on the go. Lack of communication, no way to confirm, and emails had a ton of grammar and spelling mistakes.
