“I was a customer shopping at the mall today when while checking out people started sprinting out of the mall. we ended up in lockdown in a (false alarm) active shooter situation. but the employees at the store (ALL 3) went above and beyond their duty to protect us, ensure we were all safe, with our groups of people, able to contact family, and even asked us if we had any medical problems someone needed to be aware of. i never got their names or pronouns but seriously, they were the best and deserve the world. thankyall from my whole heart.”
