If there were an option to select zero stars, that would be my choice. I did not personally purchase a vehicle from this place of business, but I assisted someone. That someone being an elderly lady in her 70's who wanted a reliable vehicle. To shorten this story, she selected a 2014 Chevrolet Equinox. We drove 3.5 hours to get there and we enjoyed the experience until now. She drove home and within 2 days, her Check Engine Light came on and she could smell gas very strongly. We made an appointment with the local GM dealer and boy were we surprised. The high pressure fuel pump was pouring gas. The dealer had "tried" to fix the issue with replacing the gasket and lines. Also, the vehicle needed a Catalytic converter and muffler and two front lower controls arms. The vehicle should have never passed state inspection with a hole in the muffler and also broken bushings on the front control arms. The dealer did give her a useless warranty for 90 days that covered nothing. He then changed her warranty coverage to the middle grade plan which was null because the repairs were prior existing. I too work for a used dealership and I know how to take care of things. I later called the owner to discuss options to make things right and he refused. He kept claiming the vehicle was sold "as is", which is true. But why would you not want to make things right? Needless to say he has blocked my number and when I call, he hangs up. Poor business. I have reported him to the Dealer Board of Virginia and I have also reported the inspection station through State Police. If your looking for a vehicle, please stay away from this place. Unfortunately, they do poor business and use people for their hard earned cash. I do NOT recommend this place to anyone. If you have had prior issues, please report them to the Dealer Board. I will keep on until something is done about this place and their owner. They give used dealerships a horrible name! Shame on you!Attached are photos from the GM dealer.

I had a negative experience with a dealership when purchasing a vehicle. Despite their assurances of no problems, the vehicle had numerous issues. The dealer's response was unhelpful and they exhibited poor communication. They ultimately agreed to take the vehicle back but refused to refund my money. I strongly advise against doing business with them due to their lack of customer care.

I bought a car from this guy and had to bring it back because I carried the card to my mechanic and he found a small problem that was like $250 to be fixed and this guy would not get the car fixed and he gave me my 5000 dollars back because he did not want to spend 250 to fix the car that’s crazy to me WILLIAMSON RD CAR DEALER SHIPS ARE BAD BAD BAD DO NOT TRUST THEM PERIODDDD………..

Awful experience when I was buying a car, I couldn’t recommend this to anybody. Terrible customer Service, Terrible everything. A friend of mine bought a truck from this company and he got nothing but dry responses, not confirming if the truck is in good condition. Awful Experience.

I recently bought an automobile here! Wonderful experience ???? great price! I had my mechanic check out the car right after my purchase, who assured me that I made a very good purchase at a good price. Speedy delivery on the ownership papers as well ???? In terms of looking for a pre-owned vehicle these guys have a lot full of vehicles with single pre-owned vehicles. Professional service. They are laid back funny and easy going. I felt at home doing business with these gentlemen. I would recommend this place of business to any of my friends and family. ????????
