I've been going to this store for years and all the employees have been wonderful till tonight. A new girl named Mary was on the phone 20 minutes while people were waiting in line. Two people walked out. She never acknowledged anyone saying sorry I'm having a problem she just ignored everyone and everything. Very bad service!

This Circle K (formally Kangaroo Express) on 7107 Williamson Rd is decent. However, there is a younger guy here. His name tag says "Herman". I bought a pack of cigarettes for a friend of mine. Herman carded me, an older man with grey hair, for cigarettes. I mean, seriously... I have grey hair and I was standing there with my son too! Can't he tell I'm not some young kid? Herman also called me 'buddy". I think Herman is very disrespectful, comes off rude and is a weird dude. A female friend told me this same guy "Herman" carded her for a lottery ticket one night. Carding an old woman for lottery? Seriously?

Been going here everyday for the past 2 year's but will not be going back after today. Went in with a co-worker who also frequently shops at this store as well and because her ID expired the cashier refused to sell her cigarettes even though her DOB doesn't change. I'm next in line the cashier grabs my cigarettes... she doesn't ID me and I tell her I need a pack of menthols too. She proceeds to tell me she can only sell me the Marlboro edges because the other girl is with me and can't sell me the menthol pack. So you're telling me what brand of cigarettes I can and cannot buy??? Makes zero sense!!! I told the cashier to keep em and walked out! I will take my business elsewhere. Didnt even wanna give 1 star but had too!!!!!!! Worst service ever and will tell everyone I know about the experience and to not shop there at all!!!!!

I have been going in the Circle K for the last 2 weeks with great experiences from buying sodas from always by my gas they're filling up my tank bought a money order from the night crew were part of the serial numbers was ripped off I didn't notice it till I got home went back and was told I needed to see if I could get it replaced he remember me and acknowledge that I could speak to the manager in the morning he didn't know how re of replace money orders but they would probably take care of it he couldn't remember what it happened to the other parts and it could have been attached to the money order before mine I said thank you and he was very kind not acknowledging if he remembered or not just stating that I needed to talk to the manager about a replacement a couple of days later I went back into the store spoke to the manager in charge where another employee that I wasn't talkin to jumped in and immediately said they're night shift cashier would not sell the money or like that if he didn't remember I'm not sure how she could know however I did not want to argue I continue to show the manager my money that have been ripped with a couple of numbers off of it trying to find out what I can do about it not accusing anyone she immediately said the night shift man would never sell money or like that then if he doesn't remember how could they know that I feel I feel like that's what session was they should at least heard me out before they jump to conclusions at this point still just wanted to know when I could do to get the money order place it was a side Circle K money order I asked the lady to check the monitor what she told me it showed him selling me the full money order which I don't believe I would like to speak to the store I don't know I don't know how to get in touch with them however it was a circle game money with her which I do have the receipt and cannot cash without the serial numbers it's $85 MoneyGram said they would replace it and it would cost me $20 to get on the computer and we're very friendly however I do not feel like Circle K fully was very nice that the customer care or knowledge in the fact that my complaint was really turn into the store manager and one of those employees we're very rude arguing with me for 10 minutes in front of other customers about the fact that their employee would not sell money order like that so I asked her to check the machine computer or say shut it took 4 hours because I left and came back before I can get a straight answer where again I left there and talk to MoneyGram which is very nice to me but I'm having to pay $20 to get a $85 money order replaced when it did all I wanted to do was it some clear information not be accused of being a liar and I was talking to the store manager on even know why the other employee interferde inbl conversatiion iI wa talking to the store manager on even the other the cashier on no real business in our conversation I feel it was very unprofessional for both the store manager and the cashier stand there arguing with me for 10 minutes
