“Beautiful Parish. I was there with my Family for Sunday Mass as part of a little pilgrimage. Like all Basilicas it was of course structurally beautiful. But a the parish life really stood out, kids running around the even hall, and ushers smiling at everyone, it felt very alive. The Saints Chapel had relics very clearly labeled, and the Chapel of the True Cross was well designed, hard to not have a spiritual moment, in a small, silent, dimly lit space kneeling before the cross. It was a trip worth taking.”

“2012 when I first came to Belmont it was a very traditional southern Baptist Church. Which I love! Through out the years I have seen Belmont transform into this beautiful multiethnic congregation full of love. I've seen the children's ministry flourishes with youngsters and babies. How they learn and worship God. I've seen the student ministry grow from 3 to over 30 plus. Our Youth is called Rooted and we have such a close family relationship with one another, I couldn't be prouder to serve on the leadership team. I've seen amazing people come and go from Belmont. We're a church that loves God and loves one another. We Worship as a family and we serve the community with some good southern hospitality. We have been blessed with such a beautiful building. If you know someone from Roanoke,Va there is a good chance they’ve heard of Belmont.Every one is welcomed from all walks of life and every generation. Preaching Gods word since 1901 at the red doors of Stewart and 9th. To all our team leaders, thank you.
