Corey and Tabitha both assisted me a great deal at this location. Probably some of the best customer care and service I’ve ever received since I’ve been a DXL customer. Side note- I have a slight crush on Corey. Shhhh it’s a secret.

I've been here multiple times over the years and visited today to find some new clothes as I had lost some weight and needed better fitting clothes and I knew they have a good selection of clothes. I've had my measurements taken here on previous visits to find clothes that fit well. Today I was "helped" by an older African American lady and when I told her about measurements she said "well what size waistline are you?" I said "well that's what I'm trying to figure out". She then told me the pants start at 42'. She wasn't rude but I felt very brushed off and unwelcome. Afterwards I just sheepishly looked around before leaving. Probably won't visit again unless I know what I'm looking for.

I have always had pleasurable experiences at my in-store visits. I was in town on business and decided to grab some new shoes. My experience was good and the employees were extremely friendly and helpful.My four star rating is not specific to this store - but DXL’s pricing is always expensive, and rarely do they have deals. But here we are, we’re tall, we’re pretty chunky, and we need shoes and clothes that fit.
