Reps are always courteous, knowledgeable, and professional, whenever I call Carter Bank & Trust, the wait time is minimal and the reps are very well trained and know the answers to my questions. I have been a customer of. Carter Bank & Trust since they opened. During the time in which I have had an account, always customer oriented with a nice smile!

There should be some sort of a forgiveness plan for overdraft fees with what's going on right now. People are losing their jobs, barely able to survive. I was hit with 7 overdraft fees this week due to being paid a day later than normal, thanks to the holiday. How can you feed your family or pay the bills when you're charged over $200 for something that is overdrafted, then literally paid the very next day. That Branch Manager has no sympathy, and you will lose a lot of business because of her. Be kind, it's not hard to do.

As a new customer, I could not imagine a more friendly, hands-on, helpful group of people to work with. Sarah, Amy, and Rachel were all SO incredibly helpful. From what I've experienced, each person at this branch is extremely knowledgeable and they all have wonderful customer service to offer. I would highly recommend this bank, as well as this branch specifically. Thank you all so much for your hard work and dedication to your bankers! It's greatly appreciated.
