4/7/2024 5:14pm the gentleman working the window saved the experience. I had a 20 minute wait time, but this young man went above and beyond. He got toys for my upset kids and got me back in a good mood. 10/10 keep this young man!!!!!

Absolutely the WORST SERVICE I have ever received. Employees and Management are fully unaware of how to do there jobs and have horrible customer service. Do not use there online app because they will tell you they did not receive your order because they don’t have an app and then proceed to say when you call them to try and receive corporate’s information for a refund after leaving that the orders are now magically working on the app they apparently do not have.

This place turns into a circus in the night...today Dec 12 we went to order and they said can't serve fries or onion rings. Asked for a substitution, there was none. Customers are leaving right and left, they appear too lazy to make sides!

This location has 2 big posters on the outside of the building and one on the inside advertising they have any size Iced tea for one dollar, but once you get inside they tell you thats a mistake and is not in their system! What a joke! Told the manager to turn around and look a the signage and still would not honor the deal! Take the singage down clown!

Average in style but that breakfast at this one has been consistently good. Not sure about lunch or dinner times but breakfast crissonwhich here is better than average.

15-minute wait at the drive-through. You can hear people talking on the intercom, but it's not to you.

I went in and placed my order and had to walk out because of my dogs in my vehicle, the clerk brought my food to my car and thanked me for my order. Great service and nice people.
