Had the unfortunate experience of a warranty claim on my recently purchased vehicle. After much wrangling with the warranty company, Doug stepped in and made a bad situation better. I think from my experience, you can know that Doug cares about his cars, his car owners, and his company's reputation.

Love this place! Other places were charging quite a bit more for the same or comparable model. Our mechanic confirmed the car was in excellent condition and we took it on a long trip shortly after purchase with zero issues. Doug is honest, fair in his pricing, and is not pushy. We would absolutely purchase from here again and will recommend him to others!

Just purchased a 2016 Chevy Cruise from Brookside Auto Sales. My wife and I just had a baby and needed another vehicle to put a car seat in. We looked at 10+ used car lots in the Roanoke area and we by far had the best experience here. Every car on the lot has a clean title & everything is priced where the market is. All of their cars are in great shape. They made the buying experience swift. By the time we finalized the purchase, my new car had tags on it ready to go. If you’re looking for a car give these guys a shot. Local family business. Also most staff there know cars and a general history of the cars they are selling (how they were driven and the type of person that owned them). Certainly not the cheapest but they seem to do a good job picking cars to sell. They don’t sell auction cars that will break when you drive em off the lot. The cars are all super clean and even come with a 3 month warranty. Processing fee is the lowest around.

I bought an awesome van from these guys several years ago at an excellent price. They have sent me a Christmas card every year since. Only people to ever do that. I talk Brookside Auto up any chance I get. If you need a vehicle you should check them out first before going elsewhere. Merry Christmas!
