Fantastic service! When I was having a ton of car issues, they were able to fit me in quickly without an appointment and were so helpful with problem solving possible causes (along with trying to save me money). I can’t say enough about them - I will definitely be going to them first in the future. Highly recommend!

I made an appointment and they said I could drop the car off the night before. I drop the car off and call the next day to see how things are going, they tell me they don’t see any appointment in the computer but they’d try to get it in. Come end of the day they never looked at it, the guy said there must of been a miscommunication. What miscommunication? Bring it in Tuesday means bring it in Tuesday. I missed a day of work while my car was supposed to be worked on. Complete waste of time.

I recently revisited Brambleton Auto again after several years of going to other shops. Sadly, Don is no longer there due to his death. He was always a gentle soul and provided good service. I had them replace the alternator. I didn't ask for the inspection to be done although it was due. They did it on their own without charging me for it. That's the way business is done. Give the customer more than expected without Nickle n' diming them for every little thing. I'll be back soon. Way to go Robert!

Took my car there for several things. 4 Tire replacement, Brake repair, Oil change. Everything was done nicely. Good people. Reccomend getting an appointment, as they are always busy.

First experience was a 4 star. I brought in my own suspension for a Tacoma, they were fair on labor costs and even threw in a rotation while the wheels were off. Just called in to ask about installing new brake rotors and pads, was quote $500! I reminded the older gentleman that I was only looking for install cost as I had my own equipment and he told me it’d be $600!! What a clown. Lost my business

Have gotten state inspections done here several times as well as some diagnostic work and help with minor repairs as well as a DIY repair that hit a wall. Every experience has been pleasant, with prices and wait times coming in as expected.
