I just received a text from Apple Market this morning around 10am stating that all day I could a 32 oz Fountain Drink Free. It stated on the text the PLU for the cashier to push when you get the drink however she refused for me to get my free drink because she states that her manager had not put the PLU in the system. She didn't even try anything to make sure that I received the drink. I drove several miles out of my way to get the drink and purchase a lottery tickets however I left with nothing but thinking I am not going there anymore and to make sure my friends, family and co-worker know not to go there or get texts from them. I am a CSR for an insurance company in town and I know that isn't the way to treat a customer especially with gas prices. She had suggested that I go to the Daleville one or Salem one. Yes, Gas is soo cheap this day and time. She just keep saying there is nothing I can help you with on it.. You can come back again. I even suggested that she call and ask the others what to do. She stated nothing until manager get it loaded in our system. Well you can still use if after she loads it. I stated it is only good for today.. I made me feel like she thought the text was a lie and also wasn't willing to help. I think you need to think about who you hire at your stores if they have no willingness to help the customer. That is BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!
