They will not accept the gift card to pay for your gas. They work under the trademark BP which accepts BP gift cards. I believe there's some kind of franchise violation. I would not recommend this place to anybody. Back when BP owned it it was a great place to stop and eat. Not now worst place in Roanoke if they didn't have gas he no use for anybody to stop. A shame what the us is going to!!.

Says it’s open, but the door is locked. Seems to always be this way. It’s 9am, well within their hours of operation. Whoever is in there must really want to run the business into the ground.

Bathrooms are out of order and the inside is sort of run down. I remember when BPs used to be nice.

We were told only paying customers could use the bathroom so we purchased something then we told we still couldn't use the bathroom. Very rude people working.

The lady that works in the morning is incredibly rude and a bigot. I go by there every night to get something to eat and the men that work there are much nicer. I've never had a problem, but thanks to her, I think I'll go somewhere else from now on.

Wife stopped and purchased gas using the dispenser card reader a few days ago. Today our account was flagged for fraudulent activity. This site does not have newer secure readers nor does it have locks to precent tampering of the dispenser. I attempted to call the store but get a fax picking up. The owner needs to check their card readers and secure the pumps better.

Very unfriendly service. Lady running the store this morning stood at bathroom door yelling when I went in to use it after paying for my gas and other items. Obnoxious, arrogant and I can not make any recommendations in favor of this place when this person works. I have been there in the evening when others worked and the service was much, much better. Now I know why I was the only customer there this morning. Never again.

Great people work there, but the last 2 times I've been there the pumps like barely run... it'll take you 5 minutes just to get 10$ in gas....
