Service is horrible one person working in store I came in just to pay a phone bill before work which only takes a moment I had to wait over 20 mins multitasking should be a skill with this type of job it should never take that long to pay a bill should be able to assist more than one customer at a time

Piss poor service by the guy working in there. He was more concerned about getting a hook up from a customer ahead of me. When it came my time to be served, I asked him about the moto 5g deal for $40. He quickly told me that deal was only if I added a line to my contract and if I wanted a new phone everything would run me over $200... So I took my business to the Vinton store and surely enough, I got my $40 phone and everything ran me $100 to get hooked up. And the people at the Vinton store were 10 times nicer than the guy at the Williamson Rd store.

Overpriced phones paired with terrible service. Worked great in other states/areas but it's terrible here. Phones won't stay connected to the network, so calls never come in, you aren't even notified so you can call them back! Customer service won't do anything about it. Waste of time and money.

I have been a loyal customer for boost since 2021. For the most part they have helped me enough to give them five stars. However the boost mobile right across from the Ice Cream shop, the manager there, Junior has one of the biggest hearts I have ever met, thank you Junior for your amazing customer service, and the big heart you have. I will be continue coming to this boost as long as I can.

I came in completely upset because I could not get the people over the phone to do anything for me thru care.Nick came to my rescue. Saved me and saved me from switching phone companies.Nicks customer service was by far above and beyond.

Worst place I’ve ever been. I’m standing in the store now. I was never told that phones couldn’t be returned or switched for anything different. I brought an iPhone less than a year ago with insurance phone isn’t working properly yet my only option today was basically to buy a new iPhone for $300. So I picked a phone for $180 and came back abt an 1 and 1/12 later to buy the iPhone and was told that I couldn’t do that and phones could only be switched for the same device and no returns could be done. So now I’m stuck with a phone I dont want. Like I told the guy he needs to tell folks that returns aren’t done. But he had a dismissive attitude towards it. Definitely will look at taking my mother’s services elsewhere
