A SORRY store! Never open on time just 100% ghetto. I recommend everyone to deal with the Williamson rd store. The two on Melrose are hard to deal with. NEVER open on time! Meanwhile metro next door always open on time smh it’s a shame how some people treat their business

Not going to put anyone out there but this Boost Mobile location hasn’t been nothing but a headache, will say everyone has there own opinion. I thought I give it a try but after coming back a few times. I have been very disappointed and customer service not priority they are there to take profit over people. I wish I never brought my family here. We got taken advantage and the owners need to get this store back on track, or if not. I can say they are going to lose customers if your new or looking to upgrade your phones; I WOULDN’T COME HERE. I will stay away, we got ripped off and corporate had to file a complaint since we are not the only ones who had this happen to them.

BEWARE of this store on 3542 Melrose Ave, Roanoke, VA: 12/4/2020 This store has taken advantage of a disabled man. The store representative supposed to have sold him a blind man the I-Phone SE paid about $270.00. Well sorry to say someone scammed my friend and he was given an I-Phone 6 identified under name MCunningham incoming calls and associated on caller I'd. Contact Boost call center supervisor says there is nothing they can do? Really this is an Ethics issue when you allow your franchise store to rip off customers and still collect payment every month without all services rendered.
