Poor customer service. I waited in the dealership for 10 minutes without being acknowledged, even after making eye contact with some sales staff that were not doing anything.

I had scheduled a recall repair, but due to a computer system failure, they sent me home directly (hope they could try to call me and ask me not come). After several days, I'm still expecting they proactively contacting me to confirm the next repair appointment. Planning to call them back to reschedule after writing down this review.
Previously, an oil change took about 2 hours.
After the warranty period expires, I don't plan to come here unless absolutely necessary.

I wanted to give a shout out to Lance our salesperson at BMW of Roanoke. My husband and I decided to order a vehicle, however, with the year switch from 2024 to 2025 it took 4-5 months. Lance stayed in contact with me throughout the process and has always been eager to help. My SUV finally arrived and they had it cleaned and out the door the same day. In addition to Lance, Brandon (Sales), Ryan (F&I), and Rick were a pleasure to deal with. This is not our first BMW and each experience has been great in sales and service. Thank you Lance and BMW of Roanoke for finding my perfect SUV!

I have only been back to Park BMW (BMW of Roanoke) twice since buying my BMW from them. Buying the car was a great experience, which is why I gave 2 stars and not zero. The 1st time I went to the Roanoke BMW Service Center was for a simple oil change. The service technician was adamant that I needed to change (not bleed) my brake fluid. After some hesitation with me arguing that the braking system is a closed system and doesn't need to be "Changed", I reluctantly agreed. It did not need to be done. Then on my second visit, the complete audio system went out on the vehicle after only owning it for 6-8 months. No warning sounds, no radio, xm radio or bluetooth. After a $190 diagnostic fee, they wanted $5,800.00 to replace the audio amplifier AND the instrument cluster. They said that both needed to be changed or they could not help me. I, thankfully, got a second opinion and my BMW was completely repaired, out the door for $598.00 (with a warranty!) - I will not be back to BMW of Roanoke.

Terrible experience, they take advantage of people with no car buying experience and then completely abandon them to figure out the mess themselves.. I hope they don’t hurt anyone who is not financially well off or it could completely destroy families

When I bought a used car from this dealer, Robert was honorable and professional salesman. Marin and Rick were also wonderful. I highly recommend this dealer and will work with them again in the future.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! I took my 2022 BMW 330i XDRIVE in today for an oil change and left with a terrible service experience! As soon as I get in my car to leave, I notice that the dashboard display says the hood is open. I was annoyed, but quickly opened and closed my hood and headed on my way. Not even five minutes later I get another message on my dashboard display followed by a dinging noise. I looked down and saw that it said, Adaptive Headlight Malfunction. I’ve never seen that message before and considering the only difference is that I took it to the BMW dealership, can only reasonably conclude that they were the responsible party. I called the dealership and talked to an individual. This gentleman said my car hadn’t been in the shop since July, and I told him I was there just a few minutes before. After some further questions about my service advisor, I asked about who would be responsible for paying for the diagnostic. I was instructed that since they didn’t perform any service related to it, that I would be. I disagree with their assessment and have taken to posting online to inform others how they handle their customers concerns. I ADVISE ALL WHO SEE THIS REVIEW TO AVOID HAVING ANY SERVICE PERFORMED BY THEM, NOR WOULD I BUT FROM THEM AGAIN!
