I have had 2 encounters with the manager and she is rude!!! I do not suggest going even if the other employees are wonderful. If she is not the boss she acts like it. I try to avoid when she is there but she just pops up and never says anything nice!!! The best way to fix it is to teach her how to approach people in person as well as in the information she sends. I will not contact you on this matter she is in a position that she should already know this. I paid lots of money to have my taxes done and being treated with respect should not have to be asked or implied in any way!

I have used your service and the same advisor for six years running and I am very pleased with the results. Working with Mrs. Hagen and your reciptionist is like having coffee with a family/friend. They are warm, friendly, professional and caring and I couldn't be happier.
