This is purely based on the terrible attitude and entitlement of an employee at this location. A car cut me off to back into the disabled spot I was trying to park in. I confronted the driver when I noticed he didn't have a placard or tag. He told me he could park there because he's an employee. I explained to him that it's needed for people like myself (I use a walker) and working there doesn't entitle them to break the law. He snarled that he didn't care and that he would take the ticket. There were dozens of open spots he could have parked in but the "I don't care and I'm entitled" attitude makes me not even want to shop there. I reported it to management who didn't seem too interested in doing anything but talking to the employee. He said he knew who he was because he saw him coming in and out and would talk to him about it. The tone didn't convince me that anything would be done. There were 4 young adult males, possibly teenagers, that exited the car in a hurry which led me to even check for the tag/placard. It's one thing for patrons to misuse the spots but for an employee to do it makes it even worse.

⭐️For the amount of money we spend at BJ's, the gas pumps should be available 24-hours a day...Low price is fine and all, but what good does it do when the location turns off pumps at night and doesn't open until 0630? That, and everything online says 0600, but it isn't.I pay for this and it's bad service.

I was in the store two weeks ago today, and I was looking for Tator tots, however, I couldn't find them I went up to the sample carts, and this woman name Kat such a wonderful and absolutely amazing person, said she would look for me or find someone that could help. while we were walking back to the freezer section, she informed me that there was a truck that day, but the freezer hadn't been worked yet, and I told her I only wanted one bag, she said hold on a minute she would be back she went into freezer and came back with Tator tots. Kat went over and beyond for me and husband. great customer service handle being very busy and able to handle a customer all at same time. its people like her that makes us come back. thank you for a great visit and having great customer service, we will be back. thankyou Mandy and Calvin Scott

I have always had a good experience at the Roanoke, Va. Club.......however I went to renew my membership, and was waited on by the most rude, hateful clerk I have ever encountered. She was at the front counter, and obviously she didn't want to be there, or do her job in a professional manner. When you encounter the first person as you come into the store, and they are rude to you,and not friendly, it leaves a bad impression on the store. Receipt shows her name is Catherine F, register 65.

Cheapest gas station in town, but you need a subscription for the BJS to use it,it is not 24 hours closes early on Sundayair pump. Most of the time doesn’t work..And BJ’s has a good tires workshop.

Richard in the tire center was absolutely amazing!!!! My mother came in town from and popped her tire right before she was to head home. The gentleman who helped us put the donut on, told us about BJ's wholesale and recommended we call. We were surprised because we had no clue they even had a tire center. Richard answered the phone and was very helpful and knowledgeable. It was right before they closed but we made it just in time for him to change my Mother's tire and he didn't mind at all. He was quick and efficient and got her back on the road safely and promptly. Richard is an asset to this company and should be rewarded for his hard work and dedication. His customer service skills are unmatched and he was such a blessing to us, especially during what could have been a very stressful and frustrating time! Please make sure you reward him!
