I recently needed to buy a laptop for school and wasn't sure exactly which one would do the job. The salesman was knowledgeable and patient and went the extra mile to help. Overall it was a total team effort on their part all the way up to one of the managers on duty that was assisting my mother with filling out the order on the app..A great experience ?

Don't waste your time here, HORRIBLE service. They are slow like that sloth from Zootopia. They take their sweet time, I went there an HOUR before an appointment, thinking it would be a 10 minute trip, and ended up being 40 mins. Once again, HORRIBLE business

Variety of electronic products, at reasonable prices. However several times I noticed that some goods were not available, empty stands or shelves. Weird...Got myself a charging station for Xbox controllers for my kids, so they wouldn't have to swap batteries every now and then when playing that often. ????

Best Buy used to be a great store to visit, find great things, and get helpful advice. No one was in the computer department to assist, and the removal of DVD and Music is definitely a hard thing to let go for me. Store overall felt very deserted not from lack of customers, but the lack of employee's available to assist.
