Got charged 250ish dollars to "fix" a truck with under 30k miles. Nothing was fixed only "i made it beter" by the senior mechanic. Then I was told it was the tires, then I was told I over loaded the truck. After producing the cat scale ticket, they didn't want to fix it or replace my sagging rear springs. Maybe they can fix the other 2022 3500hd with 5k miles

Best customer service ever! My 2015 duramax was in reduced power mode because of the DEF system. I had less than 175 miles left until max speed went to 4mph. We were 250 miles away from home and staying at campground on the BRP near Floyd Va. This happened on a Saturday so we were stuck until Monday morning. The dealership in Radford said it would be maybe 2 weeks before they could attempt it. I called Berglund and talked to Billy and he said to come on over. They took me right in and had the job completed in 2hrs! These guys are the best! Billy was so polite and understanding to our family' situation. It's very rare to find high caliper customer service as this! This would be my go to shop if I lived in this area! Thanks guys for fitting us in and getting us back on the road! Absolutely the best!

These guys always take great care of me! Between my wife, my business and I we have about 7 vehicles of various makes and models. You always have reservations about going to a dealership because of cost but I can tell you right now that I have never left here feeling like I was overcharged or something was "fixed" that didn't need to be. These guys do a great job and Billy at the counter always makes me feel like my business is important. If anything we'll have to start converting over other vehicles to Chevy's just simply for the service experience that we get here. Thanks so much!
