Recently worked with Adam at Berglund Infiniti for the purchase of my vehicle. I looked at a few options over several months before making my decision, and checked out the competition as well. Liked the fact that Adam kept me informed, but wasn't pushy about the process. He was extremely knowledgeable about everything related to the car and the service guys are great too!! I've been an Infiniti customer for more than 20 years.

Bought a car at Infiniti of Roanoke 12 years ago and just traded it in for another. The service has always been great. Brennon is my go to service department person and he is wonderful. Our salesman, Adam Rutledge, has been super. You really must look him up if you are looking for a new car. He was so knowledgeable on the new features that I was clueless about. You can’t go wrong with Berglund Infiniti. My first car was wonderful and now I’m loving my new one. Berglund Infiniti for the win!

Highly recommend!
We were in the process of moving across the country. The alternator on our Infinity went out during move and travel with dog and all. We had the car towed to the nearest dealer, which was Berglund Infiniti of Roanoke. Brennon Viele and his team went above and beyond getting our vehicle in, despite their current waitlist of several weeks. Brennon’s follow through and problem solving was both life saving and a welcome relief. His team and even the driver with the colorful pants were wonderful. Brennon followed through even checking on us upon our arrival in a new state. We can’t thank you enough! May your kindness and professionalism come back to you thricefold!

Salesman Robert Botchway was wonderful to deal with. We test drove several different models before selecting an Infinity QX60. Robert knew each model very well and was able to give us the information needed to select the vehicle that suits our needs best. The in vehicle tutorial after the sale was very informative as well. I highly recommend Robert and Berglund your next vehicle!

Rudest person to answer the call ever, told her to transfer me to Infiniti but no one answers the call then they say they only have 1 person working, makes no sense how they transfer you to service or anyone and no one picks up the call, you leave your name and number and no one calls back. There never that busy, barely every see anyone trying to sell a car there, always sitting at there desk the lady that transfers calls need to watch her tone and learn how to respect customers
