Buyer beware.
We bought a vehicle from Berglund in February of 2024. It is now July of 2024 and we still do not have plates, registration or a title. The temporary tag is long expired so we cannot legally drive the vehicle. Obtaining any follow up or updates from the dealership usually requires multiple emails and phone calls. Then it may involve updates such as being informed that the paperwork has been sitting on someone's desk at the dealership for 2 weeks. I assume they have processed paperwork thousands of times before and so should be experts at it. I will say that staff are friendly when you can get a response, but that doesn't help if you have a car that you paid for but don't legally own and can't drive.

The salesman completely lied about what the warranty covers, don't waste your time here, he sold us road side assistance for 5k cause he said it was basically bumper to bumper.

I had a fantastic experience at Berglund Chevrolet. I bought this 2024 Chevrolet Colorado Z71. Andrew was the best salesman I've ever worked with. After a nightmare experience with another dealership, I was happy to have had a much much better experience here. Andrew was honest and understood my situation. I dreamt as a little kid of one day walking into a dealership and buying a brand new truck that I really wanted. Andrew made that dream come true. Thank you, Andrew, I couldn't be happier.
The only complaint that I have is that I wish finance had not messed up my trade in process so bad that I needed to go from a 60 month term to a 78 month term to get the monthly payments that I was happy with. Not Andrew's fault at all, but it did pain me to have to make such a big adjustment.

Clifton Paige was a gem and helped us with our purchase experience on the schedule that we wanted. He answered every question we had and made helpful recommendations on what would satisfy our most important feature desires in a new vehicle.
The finance team was not overly pushy and understood our reasons for declining any extended warranty; and they were wonderful at explaining our financing choices and gave us the opportunity to shop for a better deal (spoiler: we didn't find one).

If you need a new car, this is the place to go!! Ask for Austin Haymaker, he's the single most courteous and professional sales person I've ever dealt with. But don't forget behind every good man there's a great woman and the finance team is on point. They bent over backwards and forwards to make sure that I got a loan that was lower than expected and from start to finish dedicated themselves to me as if I was their only customer. I give them 10 stars !!

Bought this beauty one day ago and we are loving it!
