Have to give a shout out to Jeff, who went out of his way to help me with my return and a purchase. This is the best costumer service I’ve ever received! New to this area and I keep getting my mind blown by the hospitality of Virginians!! ✌️

Nice sales associates, when you can locate one. Online sales have obviously hurt all brick and mortar stores, and Belk is no different. Store just honestly feels tired.
