I'm so glad I chose this nail salon out of my Google research on all the nail salons in Roanoke. Lynn was very sweet and welcoming and was able to fit in my teen daughters. Very accommodating and does great, clean work. I did the dip with an ombre accent finger and my girls did gel polish with design. She does a wonderful job shaping too. Im sad, I won't be able to use her all the time since I don't live here and was only visiting. I highly recommend her. My girls and I love our nails!!!

They do a great job here with dip polish and offer a ton of options for color choices. I’ve had dip polish at other places only last 1-2 weeks but every time I’ve had them done at Beautiful Nails they have lasted a month! 100% recommend!

They were super nice, the place was comfy and clean, and the woman who did my nails was really friendly and seemed like she knew what she was doing. However, i went for a fill in and gel on my acryllics, and the gel started peeling off the day afterward. I was sooo happy with how they turned out at first but after dropping 30 bucks and a tip on gel that didnt stay put, i cant justify going back, even though the place was nice. It has been...4 days?..since i went there and i noticed this morning that the acryllic fill that was done is lifting. My nails looked great at first but did not last at all. They also only accept cash or check--so go to the ATM first. The stars im giving are for the quality of the shop and pleasantness of the women who work there, but not for the quality of work. I cant speak to any pedicures or dip or whatever else they do, this was just my experience.

I was visiting from out of town and stumbled across this gem. Linh (assuming she's the owner) was amazing. Personable, fast and meticulous. The only thing that disappoints me is not being able to use her regularly.

Omgoodness I really love what Lynn did for my very bad nail job she really made them beautiful...and for my leg massage that Miss Bella did was awesome thank you lynn and bella and the rest of the staff for making my bad experience from another salon very beautiful....the name of business says it all I recommend for the whole state of va to become their clients

Had a great WONDERFUL after such a bad experience at Qnails on Hershberger. Linh's customer service is unmatched and wonderful. She is kind and her beautiful daughter is such a sweet gem.
