I am talking Roanoke, Vinton, Salem, Botetourt are all great but the Williamson Rd. store is the best hands down even over Advance, Autozone, Napa, and Fishers retail stores in the area. This O'Reilly's always seems to have the odd ball stuff that others don't carry and everything, I mean 95 percent of the stuff, I need is in stock. It is honestly shocking how well this store is stocked.Thanks!”

“Just want to say they have always been helpful and never over charged. They put the machine on to see what is wrong and will quote you prices without any sales pitch or pressure. They even put my windshield wipers on. So this is an auto parts shop. I can compare prices with what car shops quote to figure out reasonable prices. Labor charges are so expensive these days.”

“I needed a new battery for my Nissan Xterra, I have shopped at Batteries Plus for hard to find bulbs in the past, never for auto battery. Batteries Plus had a Duracell premium battery for less than the local competitors. The staff was friendly and helpful and the installation was free and timely at the store. I completed the purchase online and the web site was easy to navigate and I was able to make an appointment for installation within an hour. I would recommend them for auto battery replacement. Jim”

“Impressive selection and great prices! I needed a couple specific adapters for commercial grade communications equipment and wanted to get them locally. Looks like H.C. Baker’s is the ONLY place in the Roanoke-Salem-Christiansburg area that has them and then some- I was pleasantly surprised to see the inventory online as well. Wish I wasn’t in a hurry when I stopped by, but I’ll definitely be back for RF connectors/adapters as well as batteries for Back-UPS boxes. So glad I came across this store!”
