Bad customer service bought a brand new battery for my Mercedes in April 2024 . Battery went bad won’t hold charge Mercedes advised battery needs to be replaced bought the battery back but warranty was denied . Totally waste of money batteries can go bad not made of gold . Never spending no more money here totally waste of time.

I went to the Valleyview location to buy a key fob shell, that is listed as in store available, only to be told by the clerk on duty that they don't have them, and can't get the one I needed. This is false advertising or an out right lie! Furthermore the clerk tried to sell me a new key, with a programming charge, when only needed to put my key in a new case. Don't waste your time and money at this location. The picture states Tanglewood store, but the clerk clearly stated that they did not have one, and could not get one.

I stopped by this location to have my iPhone X battery replaced. The guy was awesome to work with . I had my concerns about it not charging. He took his time to check everything. I’d definitely come back .

Ordered online and got 15% memorial day discount. Batteries were waiting when we got to the store and the friendly staff loaded the batteries into the car for us.

I had called TJ this morning and told him about my key fob problem. I went there this evening he took care of all my problems and was very nice and professional. Will go back for all my battery and light bulb needs

Terrible experience! If I could rate a 0 I would have The phone came back to me in worse shape than what I gave it to them. I originally took my phone in to get a screen replacement, they replaced my screen with non genuine parts and it immediately started over heating. I went days without a phone because I was out of town and was not able to bring it back immediately . I came back in the store on Monday and the employee made several calls because he was unaware what they did wrong and how to fix the issue I was in the store waiting for 4 hours for no resolution. They told me they would make the repair at no charge to me. After getting a new phone because I could not wait days to get the repair I was forced to get a new phone. 2,300.00 later paying off current phone and purchasing a new one. If it was not for them I would not have been in this situation I had no issues with the phone other than a cracked screen.I go back to the store to pick up the my fixed phone or what I thought was going to be fixed and they tell me they have to put the old screen on the phone which does not work at all which when I gave it to them it work it was just cracked.I break you fix located in Roanoke Va across the street from them was over $100 cheaper and replaced the phone screen with apple products. I would never recommend batteries plus to anyone!!! This is not the only issue I have had with batteries plus, I have had a iPad they changed out the screen on and has never been right since after taking it to them 4 times and them shipping it off 2 times it’s still not right! If you want things done right with genuine parts save yourself a trip and head straight to you break I fix, they will get you right and they are recommend from Verizon .

We were extremely pleased to get the iPhone battery replaced in just a few minutes! The price was extremely fair, half the price of the nearby phone repair store who also did not have the battery in stock! I also was able to stock up on our AA & AAAs at a better price than anywhere. The team was awesome . Thanks for the great personal service!

Had a key fob that needed to be programmed to pair with my vehicle. Dealership costs were triple what I was quoted at Batteries Plus. The guys working were super helpful and I was on my way within 15-20 minutes.

Customer service was very good. However, 5 days after they replaced my battery, my watch stopped working. When I opened it up to replace the batteries again, there was moisture in the case and one of the batteries had corroded. The watch was reassembled incorrectly and now it's broken.
