Today was my first visit to Austin’s, because we are remodeling our kitchen. I have always used Lowe’s or Home Depot in the past, but never again. This was such a pleasant transaction—no begging for a sales associate to help you with the refrigerators, only to be told “I’ll try, but I’m from the paint department” or “we only deliver on this day at this time.” Super pleasant and VERY helpful. You get what you pay for.

Outstanding service. Installation today was amazing. Excellent attention to detail. Was able to easily install a new oven with 1/8th inch clearance. Very respectful and careful.

Friendly and knowledgeable sales staff. Super pleased with the delivery and haul away service staff members as well. They were considerate and respectful of our home- Logan particularly was a pleasure to work with during the shuffling of appliances. Highly recommend

Incredibly disappointed with the "new" Austins Appliance; they have chosen a few dollars of profit over good, customer service. Do yourself a favor, drive on up the hill to HD or across the street to the other big box; you will surely be treated better. It is sad to see the business that Coley built up over so many years get reduced to $ over good service.As to the owners response, good business I understand, it's the lies I was told by Debbie on why the return couldn't be done that was the major factor for the negative review.

I purchased a Whirlpool dishwasher from Austin’s and, after a couple of minor administrative glitches, it was delivered and installed very professionally. The installer, Chad, is a general contractor and clearly knows everything there is to know about installing dishwashers (Note to homeowners: this is not a DIY project!). Chad went about the installation smoothly, quickly and explained the basic functions of the dishwasher before leaving. He did a terrific job. A word about Austin’s: The firm is local and has an excellent reputation. The people I talked with on the phone couldn’t have been more pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful. I highly recommend checking out Austin’s before heading to the big box stores.

We came home from vacation to a dead fridge. We checked out Austin’s and we had such a great experience. They had a great selection and excellent prices! We are so happy with our purchase and their customer service can’t be matched. Highly recommend.

SHAME ON YOU. Awful company resting on the laurels of its namesake. Sells broken appliances, makes you wait MONTHS for repairs, and refuses to replace. Does the $900 help you sleep at night knowing you left someone with a broken refrigerator and no way to keep life-saving medicine at a regulated temperature (let alone safe food to eat) month after month? This "family business" is unethical at best. AGAIN, SHAME ON YOU. Make it right.

I purchased a Maytag dryer from Austin's appliance I paid full price and they assured me that the dryer was in the warehouse and it would be delivered within a week. The dryer they delivered to my house was the showroom floor model. The reason I know is a showroom model because it had the same dents and scratches.I asked why did they send me a showroom floor model when I paid full price for one from the manufacturer.They said it was better to get a scratched and dent model the no dryer at all.

From start to finish it was an easy process. We needed a dishwasher fast and we were able to find exactly what we needed and installed within 24 hours. It is so pleasant working with knowledgeable people that help you find a solution quickly and effeciently.

Great service with in-stock appliances whereas commercial contractors often get most of the appliances first from big-box home stores.

Washer go boom ?, but just had a wonderful experience with Tom at Austin's Appliance Center. Highly recommended! Free delivery, hook up, and haul away of our old gear. Locally owned too!

Bought a refrigerator from these folks. Delivery, setup and overall customer service was excellent. Unfortunately we found some dents in refrigerator, none caused by Austin's. No replacement refrigerator was available due to short supply but Austin's picked up refrigerator, refunded money and we were able to find a replacement refrigerator thru another company. We really liked the Austin's folks... They have fantastic customer service... We will definitely will be buying from Austin's any future appliance needs! Highly recommend!
